What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Buttons and beads that do not match. Accessories sourced separately never quite match the button tone; we cut beads and buttons from the same shell lot on request.
- Chipped holes on small beads. Thin shell beads chip at the hole; lots are sorted so strung lines run clean.
- Plating that dulls the nacre. Over-plated findings hide the shell - plating thickness is balanced against the nacre, then tested.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.
