Eleven testing machines. One lot number. A claim answered with a number.
Most suppliers send a certificate. A certificate describes a system. A test result describes the goods you are actually buying. We send both, and we keep a physical sample of every lot.
What each machine is for
Salt spray chamber
Corrosion hours for plated parts — reported per lot, so a claim about rust is answered with data.
Wash fastness
Colour change and staining at the temperature your care label actually states.
Rub fastness
Dry and wet rub on printed and coated surfaces.
Pull / attachment strength
The force a button or snap holds before it releases — the number brand labs ask for.
Cycle tester
Repeated open-close on snaps and zippers, reported in cycles.
Spectrophotometer
Colour measured against the approved dip, not against a memory of it.
Thickness gauge
Shell and resin thickness sorting, so automatic buttoning machines do not jam.
Nickel release
EN 1811 / EN 12472 testing for metal parts in skin contact.
Restricted substances
REACH and destination-specific restricted substance screening.
Sharp edge & point
Childrenswear physical safety checks.
Small parts / attachment
Detachment testing for kidswear decorative parts.
Test scope and report availability are confirmed in writing at quotation. Where a test is outside our in-house scope, we say so and arrange third-party testing instead of implying we did it.
Every bag carries the lot. Every lot has a retained sample.
When a brand reports a defect six months after delivery, the argument is usually about which batch it came from. Our answer is a bag code, a retained sample and the test sheet for that run.
- 01Bag code — printed on every polybag, tied to the PO and the production date.
- 02Retained sample — a physical piece of each lot kept on file.
- 03Test sheet — results recorded for that run, not copied from a template.
- 04Approved reference — the colour dip and sample you signed off, kept for repeats.
System certificates and product claims are not the same thing
We work within a GRS, OEKO-TEX and BSCI certified supply chain. Where a specific shipment needs a transaction certificate (for example GRS), we issue it against your PO — because a scope certificate alone will not pass your brand's audit.
Need a test result before you commit?
Tell us the standard and the wear condition. We test the material we would actually ship and send the report with the sample.
