What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Breakage in transit. Carved shell is fragile; foam-packed trays and rigid cartons are specified before shipment, not after the first claim.
- Motif drift on repeats. Hand-carved motifs vary piece to piece - we set the depth profile with tooling so repeat orders read the same.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.

Yes - send the artwork; we quote the tooling, produce an approval sample and hold it for repeats.
How is carved shell packed?
Foam trays in rigid cartons as standard; export-grade packing is confirmed at quotation.
