What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Mistaken for real shell on the spec sheet. Label the material wrong and the claim lands on you - we state resin in writing on every sheet and packing list.
- Pearl layer lifting at the rim. A weak coating shows a white edge on dark garments after washing; adhesion and wet-rub tests run on the approved finish before bulk.
- Colour drift between lots. The effect depends on the coating process - every lot is checked against the approved range sample, not the sample photo.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.

How does resin shell differ from natural shell?
Resin shell gives the pearl look at a stable cost and uniform thickness; natural shell carries real nacre and natural variation. We supply both and state the material in writing either way.
Will the finish survive home washing?
Adhesion and wet-rub tests run on the approved finish; tell us your wash condition at inquiry and we test to that cycle.
Can the B series be matched to our colour?
Yes - send a Pantone reference; dyed colours are lab-dipped for approval before bulk.
Is a material declaration available?
Yes - resin content is declared in writing for your compliance file, with no metal components so nickel-release is not applicable.
