What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Engraving wears off in the wash. Shallow printing survives the showroom, not the laundry — engraving depth and sealing are specified before bulk.
- Design drift on repeat orders. A carved motif re-cut freehand drifts from the approved sample; tooling keeps order twelve identical to order one.
- Breakage at fine detail. Deep carving thins the button; pattern depth is balanced against the garment's wash cycle, not just the catalogue photo.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.

Can we order our own design instead of the Tarot series?
Yes — send the artwork; we quote tooling, produce an approval sample and hold the tool for repeat orders.
Will the engraving survive garment dyeing and washing?
We test the actual wash and dye condition and confirm in writing; sealing is chosen for the cycle, not for the sample photo.
Are Tarot designs exclusive?
Stock designs are available to multiple programmes; motif exclusivity can be discussed at bulk volume.
