Every sheet carries the style number, sizes and unit weight. Custom logo, colour and tooling are developed against your artwork with an approval sample first.
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Barrel-plated parts dull after wash. Barrel plating is thin because parts tumble loose; rack plating holds each part so the finish builds evenly on the faces buyers see. We rack-plate the visible faces and state which parts are barrelled, at quotation.
- Rust claimed three weeks after delivery. Plating thickness, not the base metal, decides corrosion life. Every plating lot runs 24 hours minimum in the salt spray chamber — the hours are on the test sheet, per lot.
- Substance audit fails on the trims. Zinc alloy and plating chemistry are screened for lead, cadmium and nickel release in-house, and the declaration travels with the shipment.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.
