What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- The bulk looks different from the approved sample. Effect buttons drift between sample and production; without a locked sample the brand rejects the lot and the coat misses its launch.
- Decorative parts break in transit. Sculpted faces and resin effects crack when packed loose in polybags — the shortage appears at your factory at the worst time.
- The effect cannot survive dry cleaning. A beautiful button that fails the care label turns a design win into a returns problem.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.

Can you develop a button from our design only?
Yes. Send the sketch or a reference photo; we quote the tooling, produce a physical sample, and bulk runs only against your approved sample — which we keep on file.
How do you protect decorative surfaces in shipping?
Effect buttons are wrapped or bagged individually where the surface needs it, and the packing method is agreed before shipment, not improvised.
Will the effect survive dry cleaning?
We test the effect to the care label condition — dry clean, wash or both — and confirm the result in writing before bulk.
What is the minimum for a custom shape?
Custom tooling sets the floor; the MOQ depends on the shape and size and is confirmed in writing at quotation, before you commit.
