What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Small parts safety failure. A decorative bead detaches and fails the small-parts test — the shipment is held at the brand's lab.
- Cracking at the hole. Thin walls break when the needle passes at production speed.
- Inconsistent size in a set. A 'set' of beads arrives in three slightly different diameters.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.

Can you supply small-parts test reports for kidswear?
Yes. For childrenswear we test attachment security and sharp edges, and the report goes with the shipment so your buyer's lab has the document on file.
Are these buttons suitable for garments under 36 months?
That depends on the attachment method and the standard your market applies. Tell us the destination and age group at inquiry and we will state in writing what applies.
Can beads be packed as matched sets?
Yes — counted and size-matched bags per set, so your factory does not have to sort them.
Do you offer a metal-free version?
Yes, the resin bead range is fully metal-free.
